PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of national Defense is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of Custom prefabricated concrete target emplacements (coffins) including delivery, located in Valcartier, Québec (Canada), as detailed in Annex Requirement.
