TITLE: Canadian Active Neutron Spectrometer (CANS) Phase BCDE Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Canadian Space Agency (CSA) located in St-Hubert, (Quebec), is seeking offers to design, deliver and operate a space-quality Canadian Active Neutron Spectrometer (CANS) on board the International Space Station (ISS) as a Technology Demonstration.The Annex A Statement of Work specifies, in detail, the full scope of work that the Contractor must provide and deliver.
