AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 24, 2026 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5077980624 – 5A090-204671 dated March 20, 2025 with a closing of June 5, 2025 at 12:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. This Request for Proposal (RFP) pertains to the Medical Transportation Claims Processing Services and Solution (MTCPSS) for Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) in regards to the needs of the Non-Insured Health Benefit (NIHB) program. Offeror’s Conference. Canada will hold a virtual Offeror’s Conference on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET. Participation in this conference is Optional. Offerors are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority by no later than Thursday, January 29, 2026, and provide in writing, the name(s) of their representative(s) and a list of any questions they may wish to table.
