AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 21st, 2026 at 12:00PM EST. All bids submitted after 12:00PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)
This Work Stoppage (WS) requirement is to acquire the following aircraft parts for the Bell 429 Fleet for Transport Canada (TC), Air Services Directorate (ASD):
PN: 429-042-201-101 (Tail Rotor Gear Box Case Assembly – 2 quantities)
PN: 429-042-203-101 (Tail Rotor Gear Box Cover Assembly – 2 quantities)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for this requirement with the appropriate CanadaBuys Standard Instructions and General Conditions and is open only to qualified Supply Arrangement holders for procurement of T8493-140035 series for the Bell 429 Aircraft Fleet.
