1. Requirement Summary:

Transport Canada’s Aircraft Services Directorate has a requirement for the development and provision of a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) to modify its Bell 412EPI fleet and perform the Work in accordance with the Work identified in the Statement of Work at Annex A.
