Description

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement to purchase two (2) new effusion cells for the National Research Council Canada (NRC) V90 Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) system. These effusion cells will provide valved control of either atomic gallium or indium flux for the growth of semiconductor epitaxial structures.
