Description

The City of Kelowna is seeking to engage with a competent General Contractor to foster a collaborative problem-solving culture early in the project to resolve key constructability challenges and minimize scope uncertainty in the design phase prior to entering into Construction. The project includes but is not limited to the following: 34m Clear Span Bridge; Roundabout and Roadworks; City Municipal Utility Improvements; Third-party Utility Relocations (Fortis Gas, Fortis Elec, TELUS, Shaw).
