Description

The City is seeking a qualified consultant to complete a network-level review of the right-of-way surrounding the schools in the City and adjacent to City borders (Appendix 1) to understand the issues and opportunities that will inform future infrastructure improvements and supporting elements such as crossing guards, locations for potential pilot programs, and placemaking opportunities. The City is looking for support from a consultant to clearly identify and define the problems and opportunities around schools to set the stage for the implementation of both infrastructure improvements that are aligned with the Mobility Strategy, as well as supporting programs and policy.
