Description

The County is looking to prequalify licensed and professional consulting firms for Engineering Services for Ad-hoc projects under preferred supplier agreements.

Under the resulting agreement(s) from this opportunity, the County is looking to prequalify and contract with two (2) suppliers to provide these services under each service types. The top-ranking proponent will be the primary provider with the second highest ranking proponent as secondary provider in the event that the primary provider is unable to service the County requirements.
This is a non-mandatory preferred supplier agreement, with no guaranteed amount of work awarded and the County reserves the right to contract with any supplier for like or similar services as needed throughout the contract period.
The County reserves the right to engage with the successfully awarded proponent(s) as required throughout the agreement term at their sole and unfettered discretion.
