Description

This request for quotations (RFQ) is to provide The City of Lethbridge (the City) with an Engineering Services Contractor (ESC) that will provide Waste and Recycling Centre with design engineering, technical expertise and construction management.
The ESC will provide these services for five years with the option to extend this contract for an additional two-year extension (5+2). The ESC's responsibilities defined in this work summary will occur at the Waste & Recycling Centre (W&RC).
The objective of this contract is for efficiency, continuity, and cost savings. The selected ESC will join the W&RC team and work seamlessly on projects with the Waste & Environment (W&E) department. Additionally, there will be partnering with the other contractors at the W&RC as there is overlap in the operations and design of the site.
