Description

The Water Street Lift Station is one of the most critical elements of wastewater infrastructure for the City and as a result of this project will be replaced with a new facility c/w new components including pumps, generator, controls, HVAC and building itself. While the station, in some form, has been in its current location adjacent to Mill Creek for over 100 years and has undergone previous renovations and upgrades, it has quickly used up its useful design life as a result of rapid downtown growth and densification within its catchment area.
