Description

Nelson Health Campus includes the construction of two 3-storey buildings. One facility will be 69,923 sq. ft. and contain 75 long-term care beds and related services. The other will be 28,518 sq. ft. and contain a consolidation of community clinics providing a variety of health services for the residents of the Nelson area.
Substantial completion of this project is August 31, 2024. The services under this agreement are anticipated to start close to September 11, 2023 and expire on January 31, 2025.

The Project Liaison role will provide the following scope of services including but not limited to:
• Reviewing work in progress and reporting on any discrepancies between the work completed, construction schedules, construction documents, quality control measures and accepted construction practices
• Provision of verbal and written reports to IH
• Review of and comment on facility drawing sets
• Other project related duties as required by IH
