Description

Civida is seeking construction services to repair and restore a concrete basement floor and apply waterproofing to the exterior face of the foundation wall at Tweddle Place unit #8410-42A Ave NW, Edmonton Alberta. The weeping tile at this unit will be replaced and tied into the existing tile that services the balance of the units in the building block. The working operation of existing tile is to be verified with a camera investigation. The Work is to be completed no later than December 15, 2023, however earlier completion is preferred.

A site visit is scheduled for October 20, 2023 at 10:30 am at 8410 42A Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB. NOTE ADDENDUM NO. 2 SITE VISIT PPE REQUIREMENTS.
