This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Cypress County (The County) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of consulting engineering services to carry out design, tender, and construction phase services to replace the existing underground water and sewer lines and surface infrastructure as described in the Scope of Work herein, in the Hamlet of Irvine.
