2024-02-2708-SS-51020-012 - Supply of Lakeland College Rustler Sport Apparel and Team Uniforms-REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

It is the intent of this RFP to solicit, on behalf of Lakeland College, proposals from vendors whose primary function is to supply Lakeland College Rustler branded clothing to the Lakeland College Athletics Department.
Lakeland College Athletics Department is comprised of 9 Rustlers Athletic Teams including Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Women’s Hockey, Curling and Rowing. The total number of student athletes competing for Rustler Athletics can range from 125 to 160 annually. Lakeland College is looking for a vendor who has a variety of apparel brands to select from and varying levels of quality to choose from depending on the need of the Athletics Department. The vendor would also be required to supply embroidery, sublimation, and screening on ordered clothing if/when required. The vendor would be required to follow all the Lakeland Rustler/Lakeland College brand guidelines. Although the Athletics Department is looking for a preferred vendor for Rustler Athletics, we would also like the opportunity to offer purchasing opportunities to other departments and related programs at Lakeland College.
