This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Buildings General Contractor C7400200

2. Description: Complete partial traffic deck coating resurfacing and structural renovation, partial mechanical demolition and new installation, partial electrical demolition and new installation, partial building envelope demolition and new installation

3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
