Description

The LDB is issuing a solicitation for tenant improvement for BCLS #120 Richmond Ironwood.
A one-time mandatory site inspection will be held on:

Date and Time: November 14, 2023 at 9:00 am Pacific Time
located at: 3170 – 11666 Steveston Hwy, Richmond BC V7A 5J3

Late attendees may not be permitted to participate in the site inspection.
To gain access to the construction site, all site inspection attendees will be required to:
• wear a hardhat, hi-vis vest and steel-toed shoes
• bring business cards and your own pen.

Only Bidders that are signed in at the mandatory site inspection will be permitted to participate in this tendering process.
Once the Bidder attendance sign in is completed and announced as closed, no further attendance sign ins will be permitted.
