EPCOR is looking for construction services to perform upgrades to the French Creek Church Road drinking water booster station. The Church Road booster station is owned and operated by EPCOR Water (West) Inc.
The scope of the project is detailed in the project specification and drawings attached with this RFP package. In summary, it includes:
•Demolition and modification of select underground piping
•Installation of a new manhole
•Installation of piping, valves and fittings connecting existing reservoirs to the new booster pump system in the building extension
•Select demolition and extension of the existing booster station building envelope
•Procurement and installation of a new booster pump system
•Modification of existing, and installation new of electrical cabling, connections and control systems
•Installation of HVAC and exhaust systems
