Public Information for Invitational RFT No. 2742054639 – Southlake Regional Health Centre 1.5T MRI Replacement Project
Refer to attached Project Specifications, Document 00 20 00 Instructions to Bidders.

This Request For Tender (RFT) has been posted to ensure that all non-prequalified parties and the general public is aware Southlake Regional Health Centre has posted an invitational RFT for their 1.5T MRI Replacement Project.

As this is an invitational RFT, this RFX space cannot be used by any contractor or supplier to submit a Bid. Pre-qualified Bidders will receive two separate RFX invitations to submit Stage 1 (RFX Code “rfx 16645”, Project Code “tender 18847”) and Stage 2 (RFX Code “rfx 16757”, Project Code “tender 18907”) Bids. The list of pre-qualified suppliers can be found in the attached Project Specifications, Document 00 20 00 Instructions to Bidders, Section 11.

Information in this RFX space includes drawings, specifications, addenda and public notices (ie. public opening).
