Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Okanagan College (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for NRFP-24-0007 – Campus Master Planning.

The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP) is to invite a Consultant Team (the Proponent) to submit a proposal for the provision of services on an as, if, and when requested basis to develop a flexible, scalable and implementable Campus Master Plan for its four campuses in Penticton, Kelowna, Vernon and Salmon Arm. The successful Proponent shall update existing Campus Master Plans for each Okanagan College Campus to capture current state and capability of the land and assets to meet the Okanagan College goals and support the direction for future development over the next twenty-five (25) years.
