The City of Moncton is seeking to engage the services of a highly qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable firm to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Terms of Reference, Drawings / Plans, and Appendices stated herein, for the provision of planning and design services for the preparation of a comprehensive Masterplan for the Riverfront.

Proponents responding to the public notice are advised that OFFICIAL RFP documents may
ONLY be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) @

Proposals will only be considered from professional firms registered or licensed to practice in the Province of New Brunswick. Firms shall show expertise in the field of planning and design, as described under the "Terms of Reference".
