The City of Moncton is seeking to engage the services of a highly qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable firm to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Terms of Reference, Drawings / Plans, and Appendices stated herein, for the provision of planning and design services for the preparation of a comprehensive Masterplan for the Riverfront.
