Description

The Government of Alberta (GOA) is seeking a contractor to deliver the next evolution of its GOA Service Desk, including VIP User enhanced Services.

The GOA’s BERNIE system (ServiceNOW) and CXone (NICE) phone system will be used by the successful Proponent with no integration to other third party systems or products. As well, the successful Proponent will not be permitted to duplicate any of the GOA’s data in other third party systems or solutions.

The GOA intends to contract with the successful Proponents for a period of 7 years. The GOA anticipates the Effective Date will be July 1, 2024 and the Commencement Date will be January 1, 2025. The GOA will confirm the actual Effective Date and Commencement Date for Services when finalizing the Contracts. The GOA may extend the Contract for one or more periods of up to three (3) years, under the same terms and conditions including pricing.
