Description

The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is seeking a qualified vendor to design electrical upgrades and install Level 2 and Level 3 chargers as part of the RDOS EV Charging Infrastructure Project funded by the Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure (ZEVIP) Project.

Information Site Visit: All the electrical upgrade works are determined through site assessment and discussion with the utility. Respondents are asked to verify and confirm the upgrades through a site visit. There are mandatory site visits for two locations:

• Similkameen Recreation Centre at 311 9 St, Keremeos, scheduled for Monday, January 22, 2023 @ 9:30 am – respondents to meet at Recreation Centre Car Park and sign in;
• Main Office at 101 Martin Street, Penticton, and 1765 Reservoir Road, Penticton scheduled for Tuesday, January 23, 2023 @ 9:30 am - respondents to meet at back parking lot and sign in.

Only one representative should attend the site visit from each potential company. Submissions will only be accepted from Respondents that attend and sign in at both mandatory site meetings.
