Demolition of Structures

DEMOLITION WORK

The City of Miramichi will be accepting tenders for the demolition and site clean-up of two (2) City owned buildings; the former Kenny Building located at 157 Mitchell Street, and the former AA Hall located at 15 Loggie Drive. Work to follow all included details, specifications, and environmental requirements.

The Tender Package must be obtained from the City Clerk's Office by emailing clerk@miramichi.org

Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 11:00 a.m., February 22, 2024.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

La Ville de Miramichi acceptera des offres pour la démolition et le nettoyage du site de deux (2) bâtiments appartenant à la Ville ; l'ancien bâtiment Kenny situé au 157, rue Mitchell et l'ancien AA Hall situé au 15 Loggie Drive. Travailler pour suivre tous les détails, spécifications et exigences environnementales inclus.

Le dossier d'appel d'offres doit être obtenu auprès du bureau du greffier municipal en envoyant un courriel à clerk@miramichi.org

Les offres seront reçues par le soussigné jusqu'au 11h00, 22 Février , 2024.
