Description

Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) Corporate Human Resources is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to conduct a comprehensive review and revision of job profiles and develop a structured framework to support People and Culture in the creation of new job profiles. Proponents should have significant experience in developing, reviewing, and revising job profiles, creating job profile templates, and ensuring title and pay equity alignment for public employers.
