This RFP is being issued by the Health Employers’ Association of British Columbia (“HEABC”) to identify a Proponent or multiple Proponents to enter into a Contract or Contracts with HEABC to provide services that assist HEABC’s participating Affiliate member employers in meeting applicable collective agreement obligations for the Enhanced Disability Management Program (“ EDMP”) and support for disability management
