Description

The Government of Alberta is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to develop a Workforce Attraction Study. The objective of the study is to identify the key components of a successful job attraction strategy. The study will provide tools that government can use to attract workers to key sectors of the economy. The study should consider the labour market challenges of today and be forward looking to anticipate the changing needs of Alberta’s labour market to provide recommendations based on job attraction best practices to inform sector specific strategy development.
