Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit public sector/local governance consultancy firms to submit a written proposal to work with Clearwater County and Village of Caroline administrative team to assist with:
 gathering of Village of Caroline’s information and data required to complete negotiation
operations topics
 public engagement scheduled for in-person on April 17 and 18, 2024 and virtual online
session April 19, 2024
 preparation of final negotiation report for the Minister of Municipal Affairs.
