Description

The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-029-24, Belle Isle Park – Civil Works Construction.

The Contractor will be required to complete park construction items of Work located at the existing Belle Isle Park site at Belle Isle Place, Lions Gate Town Centre, within the District of North Vancouver, as directed by the Contract Administrator.
This Work will consist of (including but not limited to):

Site excavation,
Supply and installation of play equipment and rubber play surfacing,
Supply and installation of irrigation, fencing, hardscape/sidewalk, curb and gutter,
Concrete form work (such as raised planter beds, etc.),
Drainage work,
Supply and Installation of Artificial turf, site furniture and other infrastructure construction.
Supply and Installation of Plantings
