Description

This Request for Tenders is to select a general contractor to perform interior renovations at the head office of Peel Children’s Aid Society, 25 Capston Drive, Mississauga, ON L5W 0H3. Technical documents form an integral part of this RFT process and are distributed with the RFT Documents. Please refer to Section 2.3 Specifications and Drawings and Appendix 3 – Technical Documents

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Peel CAS head office is located at 25 Capston Drive in Mississauga, ON. The building was built by Peel CAS and completed in 2019. The building currently supports the organization’s business functions across the ground, 2nd and 3rd floor. Part of the ground floor is dedicated to providing family visitations and the lower level is an amenity area that serves children in care, Peel CAS staff, and community partners. The goal of this renovation is to provide a more efficient office space on the 3rd floor and make adjustments to the lower level to better suite its functions.

MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE TOUR:
Bids received from firms that are not represented at the mandatory site tour will not be evaluated.

A mandatory pre-bid site tour to provided potential Bidders an opportunity to view and verify the work site as well as take any necessary site measurements is scheduled for March 19, 2024 beginning at 12:00 PM Noon Local Time

Meeting Point: Attendees shall convene inside the front entrance of the building
