Description

MacEwan University is seeking Quotes from qualified authorized Value-Add Resellers (“VAR”) pertaining to the provision of SUSE and RedHat Licensing and Support. The successful Proponent shall facilitate the periodic (annual) quotation which will include the purchase, subscription, and renewal of software licenses, entitlements, and support contracts for the following products/vendors specified below:

RedHat – Renewal Term of Feb 13th, 2024 – March 31, 2025
• Redhat Enterprise Linux

SuSE – Renewal Term of March 31st, 2024 – March 31, 2025
• SuSE Enterprise Linux
• SuSE Manager
• SuSE Manager Lifecycle

There is potential for MacEwan University to at some point during the Term of the Agreement, purchase the following product as well:
• SuSE Rancher

It is MacEwan University’s expectation that the SuSE and RedHat first year fees will be pro-rated and co-terminated as per the renewal terms identified above.
