OVERVIEW:
The City of Moncton requires the services of an experienced and quali#ed contractor to repair and re-coat the CF100 Aircraft Monument and pedestal, as well as perform site work upgrades at Centennial Park, to the full extent as indicated in the attached drawings and speci#cations. The project includes, but is not limited to:
a) CF100 Aircraft and concrete pedestal including: Encapsulation, lead abatement, blast, aircraft repairs and concrete repairs, and recoating. Repairs include but are not limited to; concrete pedestal repairs, replacement of City supplied parts and components, minor fabrication / welding repair, #ne detail painting of components, and decal application.
b) Site work upgrades including: Asphalt cutting and demolition, site furniture, concrete unit pavers, planting, topsoil and sod, plaque relocation, and fence fabrication/installation.

A PRE-BID SITE MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27, 2024, @ 1:00 PM AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO CENTENNIAL PARK, located at 801 ST. GEORGE BLVD, MONCTON NB. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the site meeting.
