Sealed tenders will be received by Eel River Bar First Nation until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday April 25, 2024 in the Bid Deposit Box located at the Eel River Bar First Nation Administration Building at 11 Main Street, Unit 201, Eel River Bar, N.B., E8C 1A1 for the Project No. 7310-1, Fire Protection, Interpretation Centre, Aboriginal Heritage Gardens, Eel River Bar First Nation.
Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tender closing at the Band Administration Building.
In general, the Work consists of supply and installation of a new sprinkler system at the Interpretation Centre, Aboriginal Heritage Gardens, Eel River Bar First Nation.
Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225, email: postmaster@bmnb.ca, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Eel River Bar First Nation and at the Construction
Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John.
Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project.
Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Eel River Bar First Nation.
General contractors are invited to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the Interpretation Centre, Aboriginal Heritage Gardens, Eel River Bar, NB. This meeting is mandatory for Contractors having their main place of business located more than 200km from Eel River Bar First Nation or if located from outside the Province of New Brunswick.
