Description

Fraser Health Authority, on behalf of the Health Authorities, (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified contractors to undertake the services with respect to Parking Lot Asphalt and Curb Repair (the “Project”).
The Health Authorities intend to enter a Contract with the successful Proponent(s) for a Contract term of three (3) years with two one-year optional extensions.
