NOTICE OF TENDER
EMAILED Tenders will be received by the NB Power until May 21, 2024 at 13:30 local time for the following:

SUPPLY OF ONE (1) 13KV BREAKER
EEL RIVER HVDC CONVERTER STATION, NB
REFER TO SECTION 4.7 FOR MANDATORY VIRTUAL MEETING REQUIREMENTS
Tenders shall be submitted using the Sourcing Intelligence? on the Wood Mackenzie Supply Chain Intelligence Platform (the "Platform"), previously PowerAdvocate Sourcing Intelligence? Platform, via the internet. The website address is Supply Chain Intelligence | Wood Mackenzie No paper or faxed bids will be accepted.
To ensure consideration, Tenders shall be properly completed and uploaded to the Tender tab under Tab 2 - "Upload Documents". All datasheets must be completed for Tenders to be considered acceptable by NB Power. NB Power reserves the right to reject Tenders that do not comply with the submission instructions.
It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any Tender received after the stated date and time will be rejected.
There will be no public tender openings.
FORCED LABOUR AND CHILD LABOUR LAWS. The Tenderer's bid should be formulated with a full understanding and appreciation of Supplementary General Conditions "C"/Part 2, Forced Labour and Child Labour.
