.1 The scope of work includes renovations to the existing library at Fairview School, located at 5901 55 Street, Red Deer.
.2 Refer to Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders for the detailed scope of work. .3
The work will be completed over a summer of 2024.
.4 Contractor is responsible to remove hazardous materials in the construction area. Assume existing
gypsum board walls contain asbestos. Refer to Schedule B for the hazardous material report.
.5 Contractor to protect interior and exterior finishes while bring product into the school, during the floor
raising, and accessing the space through the skylight will not be accepted.
