Description

School District 59 Invites offers under seal for the renovation of the washrooms at Tumbler Ridge Secondary school located at 180 Southgate Street Tumbler Ridge, BC.

School District 590 is the owner of the building and will continuously occupy the building during the construction of the renovation detailed by the documents. The original building is a steel building concrete deck on steel joists. Work under this contract includes, but not limited to demolition on the washroom, cutting and coring wall and floors, management and care of hazardous materials, concrete placement, and installation of, electrical, and partitions and ceilings. As well as interior finishes and flooring. The contractor shall make good on all finishes designated to be re-used and minimize disturbance of the existing tenant.

Contact Consultant to arrange to visit place of Work: 1220-103rd Avenue Dawson Creek, B.C. Bidders are required to attend and inspect the project site prior to submitting a bid. The consultant will escort bidders at available times on the project site.
