Description

This RFSOQ is seeking to secure a multidisciplinary consulting team for park improvements in Maffeo Sutton Park.

The City seeks to complete detailed design and permitting for a new washroom/amenity building and other park improvements. The City would also like to explore opportunities to re-purpose the existing washroom building at this park for other uses. Tender assistance, construction,
administration, and inspection services are not included in the scope of this work but may be required and are considered optional work. The City will negotiate a separate scope and fee if optional work is required.
