Description

Work covered under this tender includes:

all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the work indicated on the drawings, described in specifications and/or addenda or reasonably inferred. The project involves selective demolition and renovations for a new exit facility, includes minor sod reinstatement and disturbed areas and minor grading.

Due to long lead items such as aluminium curtain wall, two dates for substantial performance have been accommodated for this project to allow for phased release of holdback.
