Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of a General Contractor for the project 2340 Richmond Road facility in Victoria, BC that was recently acquired by BC Cancer. The facility is currently unoccupied and has an approximate gross floor area of 10,000sqft. The Richmond Road Renovation Project primarily involves interior fit out of the existing facility with some minor exterior works to support administrative and light clinical services from the adjacent Vancouver Island Cancer Centre at Lee Ave.

Attendance is required for key personnel from each General Contractor so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.
