Under this RFX, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in comprehensive groundwater strategies meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, Groundwater Strategy Analysis. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this
RFX in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFX.
