Description

The Supplier shall be solely responsible for arranging for and carrying out the transportation of all equipment, materials, and its personnel to and form the site and all costs related to such transportation.
The supplier is responsible for scheduling the Supplier's work, including use of labor and equipment. The Rates for labour, equipment and disposal of materials cost include all related standby costs.
The Services shall not damage or disturb any area outside the areas specified in the Agreement.
The Supplier must dispose of all materials off site to approved location(s) in accordance with OPSS.prov 180 (November 2016) attached as Appendix A. As part of the Services, it is expected that the Supplier document (ie, type, quantity , location disposed of) all materials which are being removed and must take (before and after removal) a photo of the site.
