Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of the reconstruction and extension of the Eastern Breakwater, and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., July 30, 2024 by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:

Interested bidders shall contact Melanie Horsman at melanie.horsman@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 166857 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

Tender submission method:

Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be delivered to the following address:

A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to Pointe-du-Ch ne Harbour Authority Inc. must accompany each tender.

The bids will be opened privately with no award being made at the tender opening. Additionally, bid results will not be released following tender close.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
