Description

The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) invites detailed Quotations from firms (the “Bidders”) with demonstrated expertise in general contracting for the provision of a major refresh project

In addition to awarding one (1) Contractor to provide General Contractor Services (the “GC”) for the Parkgate Library (the “PL”) major refresh, the District may elect to establish a list of up to five (5) prequalified general contracting firms that may be invited to quote on future CCDC2 projects for the District on a project-by-project basis for a period of three (3) years.
