Description

Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and in particular the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, to act as a constructor.

The successful proponent will be responsible for the procurement Structural Repairs of the Grosvenor Parking Garage at St. Joseph’s Health Care London This will require, but is not excluded to the following: to complete beam, slab soffit, column and slab surface concrete repairs complete with traffic membrane recoating. Select stairs and one intermediate landing is to be replaced. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriate subtrades.
