Description

The Municipality of the County of Annapolis (hereafter referred as “The Municipality”) is seeking proposals from qualified custodial companies to a provide comprehensive cleaning services for the Bridgetown Library, as well as the administration offices in Annapolis Royal and Middleton. It is the preference of the Municipality to have a sole contractor for all locations. The Municipality places a high value on attention to detail, as well as consistency.

Mandatory site visits will be conducted for each site on January 28, 2025. Attendance is required and will be recorded. The Site visit will begin promptly at the following times: a) Middleton Office: 10 am AST b) Bridgetown Library: 11 am AST c) Annapolis Royal Administration Office – 12 pm AST Failure to attend one or all site visits or attending late will result in the submission requirements not being met.
