The Town of Riverview invites tenders for:

Contract name: RFQ # 25-04 Supply and Delivery of Crushed Rock
Contract No. 25-04

Tender Closing Date and Time: Tuesday February 18, 2025 - 10:45 AM

Specifications, drawing and tender forms shall be acquired from the tender notice under "Attachments" on the tender notice advertisement on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network website. It is the tenderer's responsibility to download, print the tender document and tender form, including issued addendum(s) during tender period.

Specifications and Instructions to Tenderers are contained in the Town of
Riverview "Standard Municipal Specifications", Version 7.0, dated February 2022, available on the Town of Riverview's web site at https://www.townofriverview.ca/town-hall/planning-and-development

Completed tenders must be received at the Town of Riverview's Town Hall, 30 Honour House
Court, Riverview, N.B. prior to the closing time for tenders on the date indicated in the
above table. There will be no public tender opening following the tender closing. The preliminary assessment results will be posted on NBON under "tender results" following the tender closing.

The Town will not accept bids and amendments submitted by facsmile transfer, email, or any other electronic means.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
