This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Consulting – Feasibility Study, Direct Install Heat Pump Program

The District of Saanich is seeking consultancy services to support the development of an Income-Qualified Heat Pump Direct Install Retrofit Feasibility Study. The Feasibility Study will determine whether and how to implement a heat pump installation service.
