Description

HMMS, on behalf of Patient Relations at St. Joseph’s Health Care London, is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a preferred Proponent for the supply of Translation and Interpretation Services. As a hospital, we will ensure informed consent from patients and their families by competent individuals, in a manner in which they are able to understand. To this end, we have been using professionally trained translators and interpreters to reduce barriers patients may encounter when accessing healthcare services, and to meet our obligations under the Health Care Consent Act.
